Fish and chips RockI think I’ve discovered one of the early inspirations behind my faux food project. Over the summer we had a long weekend at Wells-Next-the-Sea, in Norfolk, where I spent most of my childhood summer holidays. I popped into ‘John’s Rock Shop’ to show Poppy the joys of old fashion sweet shops, when I spotted these plates of seaside rock food. I remembered how fascinated I was by them as a child, were they an early inspiration all those years ago?
